Terms & Conditions

1. General

By using Noevah.com, you accept these Terms & Conditions. We may update them at any time without notice.

2. Products

Our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel and natural stones. Natural variations in stones (color, size, texture) are normal and are not defects. Product photos are for illustration purposes only.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment in full is required at checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

4. Shipping

Free shipping on orders over 100 CAD; flat fee of 15 CAD under 100 CAD. Orders ship within 2 business days; typical delivery is 3–4 business days. Noevah is not responsible for carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Warranty

Warranty applies only to purchases made with a registered Noevah account. Guest checkout orders are not eligible.

  • 2-Year Warranty — discoloration, fading, damage to the waterproof coating, or a stone that comes unstuck from its setting.
  • 1-Month Warranty — breakage of the jewelry or of the stone.

To claim: send your order number, 2–3 clear photos or a short video, and proof of purchase to noevah.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp. Approved claims are compensated as described in section 6. Exclusions: misuse, loss, theft, chemical exposure, normal wear and tear.

6. Returns & Refunds

Online orders: no cash refunds — compensation is issued as store credit (valid 2 years) or by Interac e-Transfer, at Noevah's discretion. In our boutiques: cash refunds are available in person. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, text, and designs on Noevah.com are the property of Noevah. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Noevah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
