FAQ – Noevah

🔁 Can I return an item if I change my mind?

  • Yes — you have 14 days after delivery to return any item you don't love, no reason needed.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping is free. We'll send you a prepaid label, or you can drop off your item at our Promenades Saint-Bruno store — it's processed the exact same way.
  • You'll receive a store credit valid for 2 years, equal to the purchase value (taxes and shipping excluded).
  • To start a return, email us at noevah.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number.

How does the warranty work?

⚠️ Our 2-year warranty is a promise about quality — it's not a change-of-mind policy (see the question above for that).

  • Covered for 2 years: stainless steel discoloration, fading, or skin irritation; a stone detaching or falling off its setting.
  • Not covered: a stone breaking from a drop, impact, or rough handling — that's accidental damage, not a manufacturing defect. Also not covered: a jewel that's simply dirty, loss, theft, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear.

To make a claim, you must provide:

  1. Your order number.
  2. 2–3 clear photos or a video showing the issue.
  3. Send your request via email (noevah.shop@gmail.com) or WhatsApp.

After review, you will receive a store credit valid for 2 years.


💳 Do you offer refunds?

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Approved returns and warranty claims are refunded as store credit valid for 2 years.
  • Store credit can be used toward any purchase on Noevah.com.

🔁 Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges are processed through store credit.
Once you receive your credit, you may place a new order for the item of your choice.


What if my order arrives damaged?

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send photos or video of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no extra cost.

What are your shipping terms?

  • Free shipping on orders over 100 CAD.
  • Flat fee of 15 CAD for orders under 100 CAD.
  • Orders are processed on weekdays and usually ship within 24 hours. Nothing ships between Saturday afternoon and Monday morning — weekend orders go out Monday.
  • Typical delivery: 3–4 business days after shipment.
  • Pre-orders or backorders ship when available — no extra charge.

🛒 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.


In what currency are prices listed?

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).


Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Many of our designs are handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Small variations in stones or finishes are normal and make each piece unique.


How do you protect my personal data?

  • We never store credit card details.
  • Personal data is used only to process and deliver your orders.
  • We never sell or share your information.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.
  • Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us at noevah.shop@gmail.com.

About your brand

Noevah started with the desire to create something real.

At first, it was just me, making simple jewellery at home. I learned to solder, to work with natural stones, to design pieces that felt like me. I was selling them in very small local markets in Tulum, Mexico.

Then I met my business partner and everything became clear. She believed in the brand before it even existed. Thanks to her, Noevah became more than a passion. It became a real project, a growing adventure.

Today, we design some pieces ourselves, and carefully select others during our travels,

from Bali to Morocco, from Mexico to Greece and Spain.

Each piece reflects what inspires us: freedom, simplicity and that little French touch we’ll always keep.
