Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over 100 CAD. Orders under 100 CAD ship for a flat fee of 15 CAD.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Typical delivery time is 3-4 business days. Pre-orders and out-of-stock items ship as soon as they are available, at no extra cost.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are estimates - Noevah is not responsible for carrier delays. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours (see our Refund & Exchange Policy).
