1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 General

  • By using Noevah.com, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

1.2 Products

  • Jewelry is crafted from stainless steel and natural stones.

  • Natural variations in stones (color, size, texture) are normal and not considered defects.

  • Product photos are for illustration purposes only.

1.3 Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Payment in full is required at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

1.4 Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over 150 CAD.

  • Flat fee of 15 CAD for orders under 150 CAD.

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days.

  • Typical delivery: 3–4 business days.

  • Pre-orders or out-of-stock items ship when available, at no extra cost.

  • Noevah is not responsible for carrier delays.

1.5 Warranty (Account Required)

  • Warranty applies only to purchases made with a registered Noevah account.

  • Guest checkout orders are not eligible.

Coverage:

  • 2-Year Warranty: Stainless steel jewelry — covers discoloration, fading, or skin irritation.

  • 3-Month Warranty: Natural stones — covers breakage or if a stone falls off.

Conditions:

  • Customers must provide:

    • Their order number linked to their registered account.

    • 2–3 clear photos or a short video showing discoloration, fading, or stone damage.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation).

  • Claims must be sent to noevah.shop@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

Exclusions:

  • Misuse, loss, theft, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All logos, images, text, and designs on Noevah.com are the property of Noevah. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

Noevah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by the use of our website or products.

1.8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

2. Refund & Exchange Policy

At Noevah, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

2.1 Warranty Coverage (Account Required)

  • 2-Year Warranty: Stainless steel jewelry — covers discoloration, fading, or obvious tone change.

  • 3-Month Warranty: Natural stones — covers breakage or if a stone falls off.

⚠️ The warranty is valid only for customers who purchased with a registered Noevah account. Guest checkout orders are not eligible.

To make a warranty claim, you must provide:

  1. Your order number linked to your Noevah account.

  2. 2–3 clear photos or a video showing the defect.

  3. Send all proof to noevah.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

✅ After review and approval, a store credit (valid 2 years) will be issued, equal to the purchase value (excluding taxes and shipping).

2.2 Refunds & Store Credit

  • No cash refunds are offered.

  • Approved returns are refunded as store credit valid for 2 years.

  • Store credit may be used on any future purchase at Noevah.com.

2.3 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed through store credit.

  • Customers may place a new order using the issued credit.

2.4 Damaged or Defective Items on Delivery

  • If an order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours.

  • Provide photos or video of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will issue a replacement, store credit, or exchange at no cost.

2.5 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (unless the product was defective upon delivery).

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Privacy Policy

At Noevah, your privacy is important.

  • We collect personal data (name, email, shipping address, order details) to process and deliver orders.

  • We never store payment card details — all transactions are processed securely.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

  • Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

  • In accordance with Canadian law (PIPEDA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting noevah.shop@gmail.com.
